MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking an Order Processor to serve as the main client contact, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. You will process service work orders, support clients via phone, email, and text, and maintain strong relationships with field operations.

The role emphasizes organization, proactive communication, and high-quality customer service, with a remote setup supporting clients across US time zones.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of order processing, customer service, or call center experience; hospitality/concierge or executive assistant background is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework or degree preferred.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage Order Processing: Create and process service work orders in our system ensuring client needs are addressed quickly and effectively.
• Client Support: Be the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and text; resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships with timely updates and proactive communication.
• Service Coordination: Work with branch operations to support scheduling changes, order updates, and service delivery.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate client records and ensure interactions are documented thoroughly.
• Customer Satisfaction: Conduct follow-up calls and surveys to meet service expectations and identify improvement opportunities.
