Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking an Order Processor to manage service work orders, support clients, and maintain strong relationships across teams. The role requires organized multitasking, excellent communication, and a bilingual English/Spanish ability.

You will work remotely with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PT, supporting clients across all U.S. time zones and collaborating with branch operations to ensure timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of order processing, customer service, or call center experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required; hospitality/concierge or EA background a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Order Processing: create and process service work orders accurately and quickly.
• Client Support: be the first point of contact via phone, email, and text; resolve issues or escalate.
• Relationship Management: build and maintain client relationships with proactive communication.
• Service Coordination: coordinate with branch operations for scheduling changes and updates.
• Documentation & Reporting: maintain client records; ensure interactions are documented.
