MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking an Order Processor to be the primary client contact, accurately create and process service work orders, and coordinate with branch operations to ensure timely service delivery across all U.S. time zones.

This remote role emphasizes high client interaction and professional communication. Candidates should have 2+ years in order processing or customer service; high school diploma; English/Spanish bilingual; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce

Qualifications

• 2+ years of order processing, customer service, or call center experience; hospitality/concierge or executive assistant background is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework or degree preferred.
• English/Spanish bilingual required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams); Salesforce experience highly preferred.
• Customer-focused with outstanding service, empathy, and urgency in resolving issues.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and independent with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Collaborative and able to work with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.

Responsabilités

• Manage Order Processing: Create and process service work orders accurately.
• Client Support: Serve as the first point of contact via phone, email, and text; resolve or escalate issues.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships with proactive updates and professional support.
• Service Coordination: Coordinate scheduling changes and order updates with branch operations.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain client records and ensure thorough documentation of interactions.
• Customer Satisfaction: Conduct follow-up calls and surveys to meet service expectations.
• Administrative Support: Assist with account setup and manage client property information.
