Job summary

Keystone Technologies is seeking an Order Processing and Returns Associate for a remote role. Must be located in Mountain or Pacific Time zones and able to travel to our Headquarters in Lansdale, PA during onboarding in the first week.

You will enter orders, manage shipments from third-party warehouses, handle returns, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure accurate processing and timely customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience or related field.
• 1–3 years of data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work individually and in a team.
• Ability to prioritize and juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to process in a timely manner.
• Able to maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Entering customer purchase orders into the system and coordinating with the warehouse to fulfill.
• Processing shipments released from third-party warehouses.
• Managing back orders and communicating with customers accordingly.
• Collaborating with internal departments to resolve pricing, credit, inventory, and shipping issues.
• Providing customers with order status updates directly.
• Developing a working knowledge of our part numbers and product offering.
• Serving as a customer service contact to see RMA cases through to completion.
• Interacting with customers and sales to initiate claims.
• Working with product development on warranty claims.
• Investigating shipping discrepancies with the warehouse and adjusting inventory as needed.
• Coordinating credits with accounting and processing returns and replacements.
• Maintaining key customer records in the system.
