Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Field Service Technician for remote work with extensive travel to customer sites. You will install, service, and support Packaging & Automation equipment, perform device calibration, start-ups, and on-site maintenance while coordinating with sales and project teams.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, travel readiness, and the ability to train operators.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• Associates’ degree in a technical field or equivalent plus 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and have a valid passport or ability to secure one.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintaining instructions, schematics and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment installations and follow through with customers to ensure proper function of systems installed.
• Calibrate HMIs, meters, set timers, temperature seal time and adjust as required during service or startup.
• Train operators and maintenance personnel using outlined procedures.
• Provide phone and onsite customer support to customers and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
