Job summary

Certco is seeking a highly organized Order Processing Specialist to work fully remotely from home, supporting a Wisconsin warehouse operation. You will process and coordinate customer orders, liaise with transportation, procurement, warehouse teams, and carriers, and handle invoicing with attention to detail.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills, with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong numeric and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Familiarity with warehouse or shipping operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders for Woodman's and conventional customers.
• Allocate and release orders for picking, coordinate with warehouse.
• Communicate order updates to customers and internal teams.
• Perform invoicing and ensure accuracy of documents.
• Coordinate with procurement, carriers and brokers on orders and deliveries.
