Job summary

Avantive Solutions is seeking a customer service professional to ensure our customers' service needs are met, coordinating order management and collaborating across departments to streamline business processes.

You will work with SAP for order-to-cash activities, manage accounts, and resolve minor billing issues while building strong client relationships. Remote work options exist for eligible US states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Minimum 3 years of related customer service experience in a professional setting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with basic PC skills and Microsoft Office 365; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and order management while efficiently using SAP.
• Manage accounts and build sustainable relationships; identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate financial and inventory processes, resolve minor billing issues, and apply adjustments per policy.
• Serve as a liaison between end customers and internal business units.
• Meet customer service targets while upholding a high-performing, accountable culture.
• Possible remote work eligibility for residents of certain US states.
