Job summary

Simplyhired is seeking an Order Management Administrator II to drive the full B2B deal cycle, from quotes through contracting and provisioning. The role provides hands-on Salesforce support to Sales reps and ensures accurate, auditable records while resolving blockers to move deals forward.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in order management or related fields, strong Salesforce CPQ experience, and a keen eye for detail. This is a remote contract role serving the U.S. market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or related functions.
• Strong Salesforce experience, including opportunities, quotes, approvals, orders, and data.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, guide corrections, and coordinate approvals.
• Experience supporting B2B deal cycles with complex orders and provisioning.
• Excellent attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the B2B deal cycle from opportunity and quote development through approvals and order booking.
• Provide hands-on Salesforce support to Sales reps with opportunity, quote, approval, or order issues.
• Troubleshoot transaction issues, identify missing or incorrect information, and guide corrections.
• Coordinate internal approvals and resolve deal blockers across teams.
• Review agreements, POs, quotes for accuracy and completeness; process standard and complex orders.
• Maintain audit-ready transaction records in Salesforce and coordinate provisioning.
• Support time-sensitive transactions during month-end and quarter-end periods.
• Learn company-specific processes quickly and escalate where needed.
