Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking an Order Management Specialist to support Salesforce Quote, Configure, and Order tools. You will guide sellers, ensure each order complies with policy and SOX, and collaborate across units to maximize bookings.

You’ll handle contracts, billing, and trainer activities to boost adoption of the Salesforce tools. The role requires a associates degree or equivalent plus 3+ years in customer service or sales support.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in Customer Service, Sales Support or General Accounting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Salesforce knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process contracts and orders through Salesforce and the order entry system.
• Adhere to all pricing, legal, product, SOX and country-specific rules.
• Review Sales Agreements with Sales before presenting to clients.
• Coordinate with units to obtain approvals and data for bookings.
• Activate client deliverables with License Management and Onboarding.
• Process monthly billing and follow up for Purchase Orders.
• File emails and contractual documentation electronically.
• Serve as go-to resource for Salesforce QCO tools.
• Provide training and coaching to improve Salesforce usage.
• Identify and drive process improvements.
