Job summary

DeWinter Group is seeking a detail-oriented Order Management Analyst for a 6+ month, fully remote role aligned with Pacific Standard Time hours. You will optimize order-to-cash processes, ensure data integrity, and support contract and order records across Sales, Revenue, and Finance teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Salesforce experience, meticulous SOP adherence, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to reconcile discrepancies and support audit and compliance efforts in media

Qualifications

• Experience in order-to-cash, contract processing, or related order management in media/advertising.
• Hands-on Salesforce proficiency for order and contract validation, troubleshooting, and data entry.
• Excellent attention to detail with SOP adherence and flagging exceptions.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, and audit/compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage order-to-cash processes and contract data across Sales, Revenue, and Finance teams.
• Reconcile orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data integrity for audits.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain accurate contract and order records.
