Job summary

Hexagon AB, a global leader in digital reality solutions, seeks an Inside Sales Coordinator for its Division Production Software. This remote, US-based role supports Inside Sales and Sales teams by processing purchase orders, creating orders and opportunities in Salesforce, and assisting with CPQ activities.

You will troubleshoot issues, maintain accurate records, and collaborate across teams to move transactions forward in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Strong Salesforce expertise, including creating orders and opportunities.
• Experience in sales operations, sales support, or order management.
• Working knowledge of purchase orders, quotes, and deals terminology.
• Strong attention to detail and transaction accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders and related documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Create orders in Salesforce with complete and accurate information.
• Create and maintain sales opportunities in Salesforce in support of the teams.
• Use Salesforce CPQ to support quoting and order-processing activities.
• Review orders, quotes, and deal information to identify issues delaying processing.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve order-related questions and move transactions forward.
• Troubleshoot technical, system, or process difficulties affecting progression.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and transaction data in Salesforce.
• Communicate order status and next steps to internal stakeholders.
• Track open items and follow up to prevent delays.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest workflow improvements.
• Work collaboratively while independently managing transactions.
