Optiv + ClearShark is seeking an entry-level Order Management Specialist to support accurate processing of sales orders in a fully remote role across the continental U.S. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Operations, you will review, QA, and activate orders while coordinating with sales teams to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in order management, sales operations, procurement, contract administration, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
• Ability to work collaboratively across sales, operations, and finance teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce (SF) or a comparable CRM/order management system.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate incoming sales orders against customer POs, OEM/Distributor cost quotes, and contract terms.
• Ensure orders comply with FAR/DFARS clauses and contract-specific requirements prior to activation.
• Perform QA checks to confirm pricing, part numbers, quantities, and contract references are accurate before releasing orders.
• Activate validated sales orders in accordance with SOPs.
• Partner with Sales and Inside Sales teams to research and reconcile order discrepancies, including pricing mismatches.
