Job summary

HBK - Hottinger Brüel & Kjær’s Concurrent Real-Time (CCRT) division seeks an Order Management & Compliance Specialist in Florida to own the full order lifecycle from PO to shipment and invoicing, including first-pass government contract and compliance reviews. You will ensure SAM.gov registrations, coordinate DFARS/FAR/CMMC compliance, and work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, and suppliers.

US citizenship is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• 2+ years of experience in order management, contracts administration, government contracts, or supply chain/procurement
• Experience with SAM.gov, DFARS/FAR, or CMMC is a strong plus but not required for fast learners

Responsibilities

• Own SAM.gov registration and renewals in-house
• Process customer purchase orders and enter sales orders into ERP
• Review government contracts for standard vs prime terms and apply DFARS/FAR clauses
• Coordinate CMMC Level 2 cybersecurity program requirements
• Structure system cost and BOM in ERP and coordinate with Manufacturing
• Manage supplier portals and procurement requests
• Track orders from PO to delivery and flag lead-time risks
• Coordinate shipping logistics, documentation, and delivery confirmation
• Prepare sole-source and price-justification documentation
• Process EUA amendments and contractual exceptions
• Track DPAS-rated orders and country-of-origin sourcing
• Maintain sale documents repository (POs, invoices, quotes, terms)
• Provide order status updates to Sales and customers
