Job summary

Optiv is seeking a Client Operations Specialist to assist field Client Managers with developing and closing new business. You will generate quotes, process orders, respond to client inquiries, and help with pricing strategies, while coordinating with internal teams and manufacturing partners.

You’ll interact with clients directly to provide quotes and accept POs in the absence of the account manager, enabling the field team to focus on face-to-face meetings and high-value opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years in B2B sales or client services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• CRM experience, Salesforce.com preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and timely sales quotations using Salesforce.
• Provide outstanding client service by phone and email.
• Process requests and respond quickly to internal and client inquiries.
• Prepare and submit accurate orders to purchasing.
• Support Deal Registration and provide system reporting.
• Act as liaison between Client Manager and operations.
