Optiv is seeking a Client Operations Specialist to assist Client Managers with sales support by developing and closing new business. The role involves generating price quotes, processing orders, and providing client service via phone and email.

Candidates should have 2+ years in a Business-to-Business Client Services role, with strong skills in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce.com preferred. The position offers the ability to work remotely.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a Business-to-Business Sales/Client Services role.
• Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Prior CRM experience required, preferably with Salesforce.com.

Responsabilidades

• Support assigned Client Managers by producing accurate sales quotations.
• Provide outstanding client service and communication.
• Prepare and submit accurate orders to purchasing.
