Job summary

You will develop dashboards to improve portfolio performance and work within Salesforce and Conga CPQ/CLM. This remote 100% role (MST hours) is for 12 months with potential extension. Collaborate with stakeholders to align reporting with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in contract management.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce and Conga CPQ/CLM.
• Strong background in financial analysis, data management, and relevant processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present data clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Contract Lifecycle Management: Track contract milestones, manage payment recording, and oversee renewals.
• Process Improvement: Assist in contract scoping, negotiations, and execution; streamline Conga CPQ/CLM related tasks.
• Financial & Data Analytics: Develop and maintain revenue dashboards; identify gaps and drive decisions.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure systems are updated with accurate information and standardized tools.
• Collaboration: Act as a key contact for external stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
