Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of order management, billing, and/or revenue operations experience.
• Demonstrated experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
• 2+ years of Excel experience including Vlookups, pivot tables and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Set up and process Sales Orders and Professional Services projects using NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Serve as SME and escalation point for the Order Management team.
• Review Sales Orders for approvals, billing and revenue.
• Identify non-standard contract terms and coordinate with Revenue Accounting for revenue recognition.
