Job summary

Figma is seeking a senior leader for Order Management within Revenue Operations. You will drive day-to-day order processing, coaching offshore staff, and ensuring quality and timely escalations. You will partner across Accounting, Sales, Tax, and Legal to deliver scalable order-to-cash improvements.

The role allows remote work within the United States, with a preference for Pacific timezone hours and close collaboration with US hubs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in order management, order-to-cash, billing ops, or revenue ops at a SaaS company or equivalent depth of experience.
• Demonstrated leadership through people coaching, team coordination, quality ownership, or cross-functional project leadership.
• Deep understanding of how order entry decisions flow downstream into billing, revenue, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day order processing from contract review through invoicing, setting priorities, queue health, SLAs, and escalations.
• Coach designated offshore staff and one Senior Order Management Analyst with clear goals and growth plans.
• Own team quality by establishing review standards, monitoring errors, and driving improvements.
• Lead Order Management UAT for new products, SKUs, pricing models, and billing system releases.
