3D Systems Corporation is seeking an Audit Specialist for the Global Order Management team. This fully remote role within the United States focuses on coordinating internal audits and remediating findings across global Order Management operations.

You will serve as the central point of contact for monthly exception audits, manage weekly reports, pull booking packages, and collaborate with audit teams and senior management to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires college degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience auditing in manufacturing a must.
• Knowledge of SOX and ASC606 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact for monthly exception audits.
• Manage the exception audit report weekly.
• Pull booking packages and consult with order managers.
• Report audit findings and remediate to satisfy requirements.
• Facilitate communication between audit teams and management.
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables and action plans.
• Monitor progress and follow up on items.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Develop audit process improvements.
• Conduct training on audit procedures.
• Present audit status to senior management and audit committees.
