Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately into the order management or ERP system
• Review orders for completeness, pricing, and correct product codes
• Verify customer account information, shipping details, and payment terms
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve order discrepancies
• Process order changes, cancellations, and returns promptly
• Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and billing teams to keep orders on schedule
• Monitor open orders and follow up on backorders or delays
• Maintain organized records and documentation for all order activity
• Respond to order status inquiries by phone and email
• Meet daily accuracy and turnaround targets
