Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Order Entry Specialist. The role involves processing customer orders, generating quotes, and supporting account management using SAP and other ERP tools. After two weeks of in-office training, the position transitions to a fully remote, long-term contract-to-hire role.

You will manage orders across channels, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with Account Managers to meet customer expectations in a technology-driven environment. Prior SAP/ERP experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with order entry and processing in a customer service setting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP and EDI/web orders.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to remote/hybrid work environments.

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate customer quotes by reviewing part numbers and pricing.
• Process orders via phone, email, and EDI/web platforms.
• Enter orders into SAP and verify against supporting documents.
• Maintain up-to-date order status and communicate updates to customers and Account Managers.
• Coordinate with purchasing and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Handle returns and credit documentation per policy.
• Use Excel and other Office tools to track orders and report on performance.
