You will review orders, verify details, and enter data into the order management system, while liaising with customers, warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming customer orders accurately and on time.
• Verify order details including pricing, quantities, and shipping information.
• Enter and update order data in the company's order management system.
• Communicate with customers to confirm order status and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Track order shipments and proactively flag potential delays.
• Process returns, exchanges, and order cancellations according to policy.
• Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and correspondence.
• Assist with month-end order reporting and reconciliation.
• Identify and elevate recurring order issues to management.

Day to day, you will spend your time reviewing incoming orders, verifying details, and keeping information moving smoothly between customers, warehouse teams, and internal systems. COMPENSATION

The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $82,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
