MultiPro Property Solutions, LLC is seeking an Order Processor to serve as the main client contact and ensure accurate order fulfillment. You will create and process service work orders, handle inquiries, and coordinate with branches for timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in order processing or customer service, is bilingual in English/Spanish, and is proficient with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus. This is a remote role with Pacific/Mountain Time hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in order processing or customer service.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately create and process service work orders in our system.
• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries by phone, email, and text.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with timely updates.
• Coordinate with branch operations for scheduling changes and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate client records and document interactions thoroughly.
• Conduct follow-up calls and surveys to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with account setup and cross-team communication.
