Responsibilities

• Manage Order Processing: create and process service work orders accurately.
• Client Support: be the first point of contact via phone, email, and text; resolve issues.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with timely updates and proactive communication.
• Service Coordination: assist scheduling changes, order updates, and service delivery with branch teams.
• Maintain accurate client records and document interactions in databases.
