Job summary

i360technologies is seeking a Project Manager (Key Personnel) to lead the implementation of Oracle Projects and Oracle G-Invoicing for a federal FMSS client. The role, though remote, covers the full lifecycle from kickoff through hypercare, with governance, risk, and schedule management across FMSS contractors.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financials and Oracle Projects, with a focus on governance, documentation, and client coordination in a FedRAMP

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required for all personnel assigned to this contract.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financials.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience implementing Oracle Projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead kickoff and the full implementation lifecycle; develop the execution-ready Project Management Plan, implementation schedule, governance model, and reporting processes.
• Own and maintain the Project Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, and Implementation Schedule, including monthly plan and risk updates, biweekly schedule updates, issue escalation, and compliant deliverable submission to the CO and COR.
• Coordinate the client program office and FMSS contractors across planned changes, releases, testing, configuration management, status briefings, decisions, risks, and system-availability impacts using government-approved tools.
• Oversee Oracle Projects configuration for project cost collection, labor and non-labor cost accounting, reimbursable agreements, project billing, and integration with General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, and related FMSS components.
• Oversee Oracle G-Invoicing configuration and Treasury integration for servicing, including GT&C, order and performance transactions, IPAC settlement, interface configuration, and unit, integration, UAT, and Treasury-interface testing.
• Manage training and knowledge transfer, production readiness and deployment, migration of open GT&Cs and Orders, audit evidence, and hypercare through system stability and user adoption.
