Job summary

System One in Vienna, VA, is seeking an Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Consultant for a contract, hybrid role. The successful candidate will serve as a functional/technical lead for Oracle Incentive Compensation, oversee configuration, plan design, testing, and HCM integration, and translate complex concepts into clear business language for stakeholders.

You will collaborate with HR tech teams, prepare demonstrations, estimate efforts, and drive improvements to move our technology roadmap

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Oracle Incentive Compensation delivered capabilities.
• Experience with Oracle HCM integration and plan design.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Oracle Incentive Compensation with HCM integration.
• Explain ICM capabilities and deliver product demonstrations.
• Provide LOE estimates for new incentive plans and deployments.
• Partner with stakeholders to iterate on incentive plans.
• Drive implementation and optimization of the Incentive Compensation module.
• Ensure alignment of Core HR, payroll, benefits, and data points.
• Develop and execute testing for ICM functionality and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide scalable solutions.
