Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to lead our client's Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementation as it moves from Taleo to ORC. You will partner with IT and HR, coordinating with the vendor to ensure a successful deployment.

You will manage the full project lifecycle, develop plans, track risks, budgets, and timelines, and deliver executive status reports. The role requires experience with HRIS/ATS deployments and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading enterprise system implementations from planning through go-live and post-production support.
• Experience with Oracle HCM, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), or comparable HR/ATS platform implementations.
• Experience managing ATS/HRIS/HCM implementations with multiple stakeholders across HR, IT, and vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Nice-to-have: migrating Taleo to ORC and experience with other ATS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, iCIMS, Greenhouse).

Job description

Insight Global is seeking a project manager that will lead our client's implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) as the organization transitions from Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition. This individual will partner closely with an internal IT Program Manager and serve as the primary point of coordination between HR, IT, and the implementation vendor to ensure a successful deployment.

Responsibilities include managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through post-go-live stabilization, developing and maintaining project plans, tracking risks and dependencies, managing budgets and timelines, and providing executive-level status reporting. The Project Manager will establish project governance, facilitate change control processes, coordinate cross-functional resources, and drive accountability across all workstreams.

This role will oversee data migration activities, testing efforts including SIT and UAT, defect resolution, training coordination, cutover planning, and Hypercare support. The ideal candidate has successfully managed large-scale system implementations, preferably involving Oracle Recruiting Cloud or other ATS platforms, and can confidently navigate complex projects with multiple stakeholders while representing our client professionally throughout the engagement.
