Job summary

BRMi seeks an experienced Oracle Incentive Compensation specialist to support the Oracle HCM tech stack in a hybrid role in Vienna, VA. You will design, configure, test, and optimize incentive plans, integrate with HCM, and partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate complex concepts into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional and technical SME for Oracle Incentive Compensation and integration points with Oracle HCM.
• Explain capabilities and provide product demonstrations to varied audiences.
• Develop level-of-effort estimates for new incentive plans, including config, testing, and deployment.
• Lead implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Oracle Incentive Compensation module.
