Job summary

ioet is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Specialist to configure, troubleshoot, and post-implementation support for Oracle HCM. You’ll work on ORC, Time & Absence, and Benefits Cloud, addressing post-go-live issues and quarterly releases.

The role focuses on translating HR needs into Oracle HCM configurations, creating reports with BI Publisher and OTBI, and collaborating with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams across international clients, with USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong techno-functional experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Experience with Oracle Time and Labor / Absence Management, or Oracle Benefits Cloud.
• Experience with BI Publisher and OTBI reporting.
• Ability to translate HR requirements into Oracle HCM configurations.
• Experience working with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams.
• Based in Latin America and able to work with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle Cloud HCM functionality based on HR requirements.
• Triage and resolve configuration issues in ORC, Time & Absence, or Benefits Cloud.
• Work independently against a post-implementation ticket backlog.
• Configure workflows, approval rules, eligibility rules, and Fast Formulas.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external teams to resolve issues.
• Translate HR needs into Oracle HCM configurations and solutions.
• Create and maintain reporting solutions using BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Validate and document configuration changes and system behavior.
• Create and execute test cases and regression testing.
• Support data imports and data validation in Oracle HCM processes.
• Evaluate functionality from quarterly releases and plan improvements.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and dependencies.
