Not Specified is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM specialist to maintain and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll, Time & Absence, and Recruiting modules in a fully remote role based in India.

You will provide day-to-day support, resolve incidents, coordinate with Oracle Support, develop specifications, document changes, and train users, working with a global team to deliver quarterly releases.

Candidates should have 7+ years of Oracle HCM configuration and a strong SQL/PL/BI suite background.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of Oracle HCM configuration and support experience.
• Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and HCM Data Loader preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll, Time & Absence, and Recruiting modules.
• Provide day-to-day support, resolve incidents, and implement enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Manage Oracle Cloud HCM applications and resolve support tickets.
