Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is a leading software company with LATAM teams, offering Oracle HCM Cloud services remotely to clients worldwide. We seek a hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud consultant to handle post‑go‑live support and ongoing configuration.

You will configure ORC, Time & Absence, and Benefits Cloud; build BI Publisher and OTBI reports; and partner with HR, IT, and MSPs to ensure seamless HR processes across regions. Strong English skills and LATAM presence are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong techno-functional experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Deep configuration and troubleshooting in ORC/Time and Labor/Absence/Benefits Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with workflows, rules, eligibility, and Fast Formulas.

Responsibilities

• Configure, troubleshoot Oracle HCM Cloud modules per requirements.
• Triage and resolve configuration issues in multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
• Work independently on post-implementation tickets and root-cause analysis.
• Configure workflows, approval rules, eligibility rules, and Fast Formulas.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and MSPs to resolve dependencies.
• Create and maintain reporting with BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Validate changes and regress testing for system validation.
• Support data imports and Oracle HCM data-loading processes.
