Mosaic Life Care is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst II to serve as a junior subject matter expert in Oracle Fusion ERP modules, focusing on planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance applications. You will support configuration, training, and issue resolution while mentoring junior colleagues and collaborating with business partners at all levels.

You will work with finance and IT teams to align ERP systems with enterprise goals, and you will participate in planning,

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent background and experience.
Oracle Applications Certifications preferred.
3+ years in ERP systems or functional business systems with increasing responsibility.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud application design, configuration, testing, and support.

Mansioni

Lead Oracle Fusion ERP EPM module design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts.
Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
Collaborate with finance and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
Identify opportunities for ERP, budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvements.
Report project issues to the application manager and ensure delivery within guidelines.
Document current and future needs and workflows through data collection and interviews.
Contribute in planning, development, maintenance, and evaluation of ERP systems.
