Mosaic Life Care seeks an ERP Applications Analyst II to serve as a junior SME for Oracle Fusion ERP EPM modules and to lead cross-functional initiatives. You will support and configure planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance applications, while training and mentoring junior staff.

Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business or related field required.
- 3+ years in ERP systems or functional business systems.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud design, configuration, testing, and support required.
Mansioni
- Lead Oracle Fusion ERP EPM module design, configuration, testing and implementation.
- Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
- Coordinate with finance IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
- Identify opportunities for ERP and financial planning processes improvement.
- Document and communicate project issues and accomplishments to management.
- Analyze current and future needs and workflows through data gathering and interviews.
