Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst II to serve as a junior subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP modules. The role leads configuration, testing, and implementation efforts and provides guidance to partners across finance and IT to optimize planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance tools.

The position supports training and mentoring of associates, collaborates with stakeholders to improve processes, and ensures high-quality delivery of ERP availability.

Qualifications

3+ years experience in ERP systems or functional business systems with increasing responsibility.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud application design, configuration, testing, and support.
Hospital or health system finance operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Fusion ERP enterprise performance management module and related application design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts.
Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
Lead collaboration with finance and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
Identify opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvements.
