Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst II to support Oracle Fusion ERP planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance modules. You will train and mentor junior positions, collaborate with business partners, and drive system improvements across finance and IT teams.

The role emphasizes high-quality delivery, problem solving, and proactive issue management in a cross-functional environment. A Bachelor's degree and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field required.
• 3+ years of ERP or functional business systems experience required.
• Oracle Applications Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERPEPM module design, configuration, testing and implementation.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Collaborate with finance IT teams to align ERP systems with business goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and financial planning optimization.
• Deliver tasks within defined project scope and guidelines.
• Analyze current and future needs through stakeholder interviews and data.
• Participate in planning, development, implementation and maintenance of systems.
• Communicate effectively with team members and business partners.
