Mosaic Life Care is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst II to serve as a junior SME for Oracle Fusion ERP modules and to lead cross-functional initiatives. The role involves junior-level support and configuration of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance applications, plus training and mentoring for junior staff.

You will work with finance and IT to enhance ERP tools, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in ERP systems or functional business systems.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud design, configuration, testing, and support.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP modules design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Collaborate with finance and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance improvements.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of application availability.
