Mosaic Life Care in the United States is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst II to serve as a junior subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP EPM modules. The role supports planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance applications, while mentoring junior staff.

You will train partners and ERP team members, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements across finance and IT. Strong communication and collaboration are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years experience with ERP systems, increasing responsibilities.
• Oracle Applications Certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP enterprise performance management module design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Lead collaboration with finance and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance applications process improvements.
• Demonstrates accountability in delivering assigned tasks and reporting progress to the application manager.
• Participate in design, documentation, and testing activities for system enhancements.
