Job summary
Mosaic Life Care is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst II to serve as a junior SME for Oracle Fusion ERP EPM modules and to lead cross-functional initiatives. The role involves junior-level support, configuration, training, and collaboration with business partners to optimize planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
The position emphasizes mentorship, proactive issue resolution, and high-level application administration across multiple systems, with remote work options
Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP design, configuration, testing, and support.
- Strong collaboration with finance and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
- Experience in hospital or health system finance operations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion ERP enterprise performance management module design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts.
- Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
- Collaborate with finance and IT to align ERP with enterprise goals and improve processes.
- Document current and future needs and workflows through interviews and data gathering.
- Contribute in team meetings and mentor junior members.
- Develop and maintain competency in the assigned application or technical area.
