Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst II to support Oracle Fusion ERP planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance applications. The role includes training, mentoring, and partnering with business and IT teams to improve processes and system effectiveness.

Responsibilities cover configuration, testing, and implementation; you will troubleshoot, document needs, and support users across the organization. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with ERP systems or functional business systems.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Preferred Oracle Applications Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP enterprise performance management module design, configuration, testing and implementation.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Collaborate with finance and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and financial planning, budgeting, forecasting improvements.
• Deliver tasks meeting project requirements within departmental guidelines.
• Document current and future needs and workflows through interviews and data gathering.
• Participate in planning, development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of systems.
• Contribute in team and project meetings; work closely with colleagues.
• Develop and maintain competency in assigned application areas.
• Demonstrate strong communication with business partners and ERP team members.
