Motorola Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Analyst (Oracle CPQ) to bridge business needs and technical teams. You will gather requirements, draft specifications, and drive CPQ configurations with a focus on AI-assisteddocumentation and robust testing.

Collaborative cross-functional work ensures accurate, scalable orderability across product lines. Experience in Oracle CPQ and ERP, plus SQL or scripting, will help optimize bill-of-materials and rule-based configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience gathering requirements and creating functional specs for Oracle CPQ.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain to define scope for Oracle CPQ.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for CPQ configurations.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini) to accelerate documentation and test case generation.
• Ensure CPQ configurations are orderable, accurate, and aligned with UX standards.
• Collaborate with Development and QA to validate changes and perform testing.
• Coordinate with Factory and Supply Chain to verify configuration rules and enable smooth ordering.
