Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks a proactive Business Analyst (Oracle CPQ) to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather requirements and translate them into robust Oracle CPQ configurations, while using AI tools to accelerate drafting and testing.

Join the Product Orderability team to collaborate with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering and Supply Chain, ensuring accurate configuration rules, BOM simplification, and smooth NPIs in an agile ERP/CRM rollout.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of Business Analyst experience gathering requirements for Oracle CPQ.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (Google Gemini) for drafting requirements and testing.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL or scripting knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specs for Oracle CPQ.
• Leverage AI tools to draft docs, tests, and process models.
• Ensure Oracle CPQ configurations are defect-free and orderable.
• Simplify BOMs and rule logic in collaboration with Product Management.
• Work with Agile team to deliver ERP/CRM implementations.
• Coordinate with factory and supply chain for configuration rules.
