Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Analyst (Oracle CPQ) to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. You will transform complex product requirements into robust CPQ configurations and apply AI tools to streamline drafting, testing, and workflow optimization.

Ideal candidates will gather requirements across Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain, ensuring defect-free configurations and alignment with BOMs, rule logic, and catalog simplification.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and written/verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Agile vs. Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in a Business Analyst role focused on Oracle CPQ.

Responsibilities

• Gather and manage requirements with cross-functional stakeholders for Oracle CPQ.
• Leverage AI tools to draft requirements, generate test scripts, and model processes.
• Ensure configurations are defect-free and orderable in Oracle CPQ.
• Simplify BOMs and rule logic in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.
• Coordinate with Factory & Supply Chain to validate configuration rules.
