Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a proactive Business Analyst (Oracle CPQ) to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. You’ll convert complex product requirements into robust Oracle CPQ configurations and leverage modern AI tools to accelerate documentation and testing.

You’ll partner with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Factory teams to ensure accurate specifications and smooth orderability, while driving Agile ERP/CRM implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 1–3 years of strong experience as a Business Analyst gathering requirements, defining scope, and creating functional specifications for Oracle CPQ.
• SQL/PLSQL or scripting experience (Google Apps Script, BML, or Python) preferred.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini) for drafting requirements and generating test scripts.
• Knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOM) and rule-based configuration models.
• Familiarity with Agile vs Waterfall methodologies.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.

Responsibilities

• Gather and manage requirements with cross-functional teams to define product scope for Oracle CPQ.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation, process models, and test scenarios.
• Ensure configurations in Oracle CPQ are error-free and orderable.
• Simplify BOMs, rules, and offering structures in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.
• Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and validate post-development.
• Coordinate with factory and supply chain to verify configuration rules and smooth Sales Orders processing.
• Design test plans, scenarios, and scripts to verify BOMs and rule changes.
• Operate within an Agile team to deliver ERP/CRM implementations.
