Ladders is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead to drive the HCM workstream across requirements, design, configuration, testing, and training for a complex Oracle Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will partner closely with HR leadership, Finance, and project teams to translate business needs into scalable HCM solutions.

Formación

• 6+ years of Oracle HCM functional experience with 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Hands-on configuration in Core HR, Talent Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Working knowledge of at least one additional module: Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, Absence Management, or Compensation.
• Strong understanding of HCM foundational design and its downstream impacts.
• Familiarity with HCM touchpoints with Finance, including payroll costing and GL mapping.
• Experience in writing functional documentation and facilitating workshops with HR leadership.
• Proven ability to lead SIT/UAT test cycles with structured defect management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements and design workshops for the HCM workstream.
• Perform hands-on configuration of Core HR and related modules.
• Design and configure Talent Management and Oracle Recruiting Cloud functionalities.
• Own HCM security and workflow design, including roles and approval rules.
• Define HCM master data and conversion requirements, validating data during mock cycles.
• Coordinate cross-workstream touchpoints with Finance and Projects.
• Deliver training sessions and support end-user training materials.
