Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Oracle HCM Principal Consultant- Core HR to guide Core HR implementations within Oracle Cloud HCM. This remote role partners with HR stakeholders and project leadership to translate business needs into effective configurations and solutions, mentoring teams to keep workstreams moving toward timely resolutions.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR experience, a strong consulting background, and excellent communication skills to drive client

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, Core HR
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Proficient in Oracle Cloud HCM and related modules; strong consulting background

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with client HR stakeholders
• Lead Core HR design workshops and discovery sessions
• Translate client requirements into Oracle Cloud HCM configurations
• Manage day-to-day functional relationships with customers
• Collaborate with project leadership to determine optimal solutions
• Provide mentorship to project team members
• Ensure timely issue identification and resolution
