Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead to drive the HCM workstream across requirements, design, configuration, testing, and training for a complex Oracle Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will partner closely with HR leadership, Finance, and project teams to translate business needs into scalable HCM solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Oracle HCM functional experience with 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Hands-on configuration in Core HR, Talent Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
• Working knowledge of at least one additional module: Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, Absence Management, or Compensation.
• Strong understanding of HCM foundational design and its downstream impacts.
• Familiarity with HCM touchpoints with Finance, including payroll costing and GL mapping.
• Experience in writing functional documentation and facilitating workshops with HR leadership.
• Proven ability to lead SIT/UAT test cycles with structured defect management.

Responsibilities

For our client, we are seeking a Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead the HCM workstream across requirements, design, configuration, testing, and training for a complex Oracle Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will partner closely with HR leadership, Finance, and project teams to translate business needs into scalable HCM solutions. You will play a key role in shaping foundational HR processes, security, workflow, and data readiness across the implementation lifecycle. Location: Remote
Compensation: $180,000 – $220,000 annually
