IBM Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead - Benefits (Public Sector) to join our global team. You will drive functional best practices, configure the Benefits module, and guide clients through process improvements and implementations.

The role requires strong leadership, deep Oracle Cloud HCM expertise, and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment. Remote work from anywhere in the US is supported, with ongoing client-facing engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as an Oracle Cloud Benefits Lead with 5-7+ years implementing Oracle Cloud.
• Expertise in Benefits; Core HR and Compensation is a plus.
• Experience with patch testing, impact analysis and testing cycles.
• Led full software development lifecycle: analysis to unit testing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into configurations.

Responsibilities

• Consult on functional best practices for Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits.
• Configure and manage Oracle Cloud Benefits module for client needs.
• Provide guidance on business processes and implementations.
• Publish weekly status reports to PMO and stakeholders.
• Coordinate across module resources to deliver client solutions.
• Produce end-user documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.
