Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits Lead to join our team supporting public sector clients. The role focuses on benefits configuration, business process optimization, and delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations across the Benefits module.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years leading Oracle Cloud Benefits initiatives, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud Benefits Lead with 5-7+ years implementing Oracle Cloud.
• Expertise in Benefits; ideally Core HR and Compensation also.
• Experience with monthly/quarterly patch testing and impact analysis.

Responsibilities

• Consult on functional best practices for Oracle Cloud HCM policies.
• Configure and manage Oracle Cloud Benefits module.
• Provide best-practice guidance on business processes and implementation.
• Publish weekly status reports to the project management team.
• Coordinate efforts between module resources to implement best solutions.
• Act as SME to translate business requirements into configurations.
• Maintain system processes and documentation; suggest procedural changes.
• Lead integrations, conversions and reporting with technical streams.
