Job summary

IBM Consulting seeks a highly experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead - Benefits to join our team. The role focuses on configuring the Oracle Cloud Benefits module, aligning business requirements with best practices, and coordinating efforts across the project to deliver a robust solution.

This position allows work-from-anywhere in the US, with responsibilities spanning design, configuration, and end-user guidance. A Master’s degree is preferred, and prior public sector experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud Benefits Lead with 5-7+ years of Oracle Cloud implementation experience.
• Expertise in Benefits; Core HR and Compensation knowledge preferred.
• Experience with monthly and quarterly patch testing, impact analysis, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Consult on functional best practices for Oracle Cloud HCM policies.
• Lead configuration and management of the Oracle Cloud Benefits module.
• Provide guidance on business processes and implementation approaches.
• Publish weekly status reports to the project management team.
• Coordinate between module resources to deliver optimal client solutions.
• Act as Oracle Cloud HCM SME to translate business requirements into configurations.
