Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead - Benefits (Public Sector) to join our team in the US. You will lead configuration, best practices, and integrations for the Benefits module, collaborating with client teams across the country.

The role requires 5+ years in Oracle Cloud Benefits, deep HR process knowledge, and the ability to deliver end‑to‑end solutions, documentation, and training. Remote-friendly with minimal travel within the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Oracle Cloud Benefits Lead with 5–7+ years implementing Oracle Cloud.
• Expertise in Benefits; Core HR and Compensation is a plus.
• Experience with monthly/quarterly patch testing, impact analysis and testing.
• Ability to lead full software development lifecycle including analysis, design, configuration, programming and unit testing.
• Produce end-user documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Consult on functional best practices for Oracle Cloud HCM policies.
• Lead configuration and management of the Oracle Cloud Benefits module.
• Provide best-practice guidance on business processes and implementation.
• Publish weekly status reports to the project management team.
• Coordinate efforts between module resources to implement best solution.
• Act as Oracle Cloud HCM SME to translate requirements to configurations.
• Maintain system processes and documentation; suggest procedural changes.
• Support continuous process improvement and provide insights into best practices.
• Assist with key system processes and work with technical streams on integrations.
